How many times a week should I work certain muscle groups

1 is best but 2x will work also. The reason one is best is because you are not targeting the muscle directly while doing other movements, therefor it is still getting the secondary work, and still being worked out.

I totally agree wuth carivan, but it all depends wheather or not you are a beginner? if yes then 1 a week. IF not then go for 2 a week!!!

What should i do when my elbow is starting to bother me, and is messing up my work-outs?? should i jus use Ibprofen???

ice it at night for 20 minutes every hour or so, if it persists... stop doing the lifts that it bothers you on, you may hate stopping now, but it will save you in the long run... getting stronger is not a sprint, it is an endurance race

Zeik once per week per muscle group is good. You need rest for thoose muscles to rebuild. watch out for the 13 year olds lol. Also fill out your profile so we can further answer any questions.
