This is my first time really starting to "work-out" and I don't know any of the proper ways to warm-up and stretch. And what ways can I warm-up without equipment?
Ok I guess I left something out I can't do too many things that will require me to put too much stress on my legs. This summer I broke my leg and dislocated my ankle now with the plate and screws in I can't really move my leg much. Something little just like skipping hurts my and I am scared of hurting myself again.
