I've been lurking for a few days on this site and I think it is an incredible resource. As I train at my office gym, I lack the interaction that you would find at a public gym. I have found my answer to this problem in this web site. Personal info: 32 yrs old, 5"8, 182 lbs, living in Montreal Canada. I've recently (fall 2003) returned to fitness. I've lost 30 lbs of the bad stuff and added about 12 of the good stuff. Now I'm completely hooked again. Our office is starting another internal Body-for-Life competition on Feb. 16th. My goal this time around is to add another 10 lbs LMM. I'll be checking in regularly with lots of questions, and I'll keep everyone updated on my progress.
