I've got another question...
I am not a member of a gym and do not intend to be. I work out at home with free weights. However, I do not want to be stuck with the same "home training" exercises that are posted on this web page after I finish my first 8 weeks. First off, am I an intermediate after my first 8 weeks? If so, will my exercises me different?

Every time you re-start your program, your exercises (along with reps and sets) should change. You can also choose the advanced level and change your program from progressive to definition to mass, etc.

Ok, for example, the dips behind back and chins between chairs are getting easy for me. Someone suggested that I put weight on my chest for the chins and then weight on my legs for the dips. I was wondering if it is too soon (I'm in my 4th beginners week) to substitute a bent-over dumbell row ILO the chins between chairs, standing dumbell extensions ILO the dips and possible doing a bench press with weights ILO the push-ups. Are these beginners exercises key? Should I continue to do these specific ones until i finish my 8 week program? Please help.

shakkai, it sounds like you can do as you wish. If the routine is too easy, reset it and move up. With the weights, you control the amounts. The beginner exercises are for true beginners or folks who have done little exercise for quite a while. Beginner stuff is also to acclimate one to the exercise and prevent injury. You sound ready to move on. Just use common sense on weight amounts and get the form right.
