i can drink large amounts of water.
(good habit i have. 4-5 liters a day.)
but, do you think it can stretch out my stomach, (the actual stomach I am talking about and not the belly) —making me crave more food?
to fill stretched stomach?

do you know what I mean?
i had the flu recently and was surprised b/c afterwards I wasn't so hungry and only ate and drank teensy things. so then i thought—my stomach has shrunk! I am trying to drink from smaller bottled waters—dainty sips...but long for my liters. (p.s. am healthy) thks

I know what you mean twoton, I was the same way only it wasn't from getting over the flu, for nearly 11 years I hardly ate a thing, and was never hungry, it's still an ongoing battle for me though after such a long time of starving myself and I've only been building up the amount of food I eat for about a month now, but it does work, just try to think of the times you used to eat before you got the flu and even if you can't eat as much try to at least get your body back on that schedule, the amounts will come again just don't force the food down you're throat to the point of feeling sick. I may still have a long way to go, but I think it's the amount of time I spent eatting one meal a day and cutting that meal down to only a few bites of food a day. Just hang in there *)
