i got a ? about protein and workingout

i have a workout a very good one i think because i worked out sunday and its tuesday and im still sore. Well my question which workout scedule would bring better resutls

should i got out bis,forearms,shoulders,and back on monday and then tuesday workout chest,tris,deltiods,abs, and legs. And i would continue that ro8utine for the rest of the week. So wednesday i would do the same workout i did on moday ect...


or should i workout
bis,forearms,shoulders,chest,tris,deltiods,abs, and legs on Monday,wednesday and then on friday??

which routine would i be better off with i am juststarting to workout again after 3 months of not workingout. Also i wasnt sore after i was done workingout but the next day and the dat after i was exttremly sore, is that nomal..,..

aLSO HOW MUCH PROTIEN SHOULD I HAVe ON MY DAYS that i dont workout on the days im trying to recuperate my muscles? And how much protien does 1 scrambled egg have. Im 5'8' 135 lbs im a male and 16 yrs old than guys 4 reading this and takin the time tohelp me out its apprecieated

do you only have 2 days to work out...........thats aloota lifting for one day?

I take it you prefer circuit training...nothing wrong with that.

As far as protein, you should consume the same amount on your off days as you would when you're training. In your case, you should be consuming at the very least about 135g per day.
