Hey im chris? new to this site =) im not going to jump around here saying i want muscles now now now loose 20 pounds in 2 weeks lol.. i just do weights for self satisfacation , apperance and i enjoy it i guse?

Height : 171cms (5"6)
Sport : Rugby League
Goals : Drop to 60kgs (132 pounds) and add weight if i need muscle

Injurys : 4 stiches in my left hand just undneath my fingers ( preety much healed )
Dibetic : Makes it hard for the diet but ill work something for it :)
School : Year 10 :?

What more can i say?

I am diabetic also. The Diet alot of us here follow will be a easy thing for you also it will help your diabetes!!. As diabetics we all ready eat the 4-6 smaller meals per day. The stuff the American Diabetes association tells us to eat is a pile of crap. The Diabetic is highly unable to use to many carbs due to our impaired insulin function. SO here is what I eat in a day and my bg's run 80 - 120 but I also take 20 units r and 40 units nph insulin in the am. The night time shot is 20 units r and 45 units nph. well here is a sample day of my diet
06:00 breakfast 2 eggs 2 slices whole weat toast and oj.
8:am snack a cup of peanuts or protein bar
11:30 lunch tuna fish or a lean meat sandwich protein shake
2:00 1.5 cups peanuts and some juice
5:15 diner chicken breast,a serving of veggies, brown rice
07:30 snack protein drink with milk added to slow absorbtion. Chris this is just a sample of one of my days it would not be hard to follow and we will keep your diabetes and hunger under control.
