I used to work out all the time, at least three days a week. I than moved and stopped for the last year. I bought a small home workout center to get me started while I search for the right fitness center. I am feeling overwhelmed on where to start. Anybody got some suggestions or inspiration???
Thank You

Welcome to FT! If you haven't already, you should sign up for an FT program...hopefully your home workout center can accommodate free weight exercises.
Good luck...

Howz everyone doing? I am new to this web site, I have been working out since Dec. 23/03. but only started this program two weeks ago, I have a few questions , should I train to failure, if so, what does this help, gain and mass or muscle definition, or both? Also how long before I see results if I follow my nutrition plan as well? My personal goals; progressive gains, I work out 5 days a week, free weights only, etc.

Brad22 some would say yes you should train to failure. As to how long it will take to see results that will depend on diet and your genetics we are all different. Know thoose 5 days you work out are there any rest days? Also dont over train only due each muscle group once per week and get your rest muscle is not built while working out it's built while your sleeping. Good luck - Mike
-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain
