so I finally set a goal but...I am doing HIIT 2-3 times per week. I run or swim M/T/W/F/S not all the same distances. too much cardio or is running/swimming gravy
Too much cardio? That depends on your goals. If you want to be a little more muscular or toned then yes you'll probably need to slow down a little. If you just like your body how it is, you don't feel tired and you enjoy the cardio, then I cannot see a reason to do less.

I don't get much inot giving advise, mostly because I don't feel like I know enough to do so. But I do run and as bad as I hate to ( I'm lazy at heart ) I make myself do it. Running a lot takes the weight off fast for me. I seem to remember seeing on a post someplace you are in the Air Force. I belive the new APFT for you guys says you have to run a mile and a half in a certian time not sure what it is. If that's the case then the running should help you out when the time comes to run you PT. Outside of that I guess it depends on your goals....
