I have trained for a while now, but the one part of my body which i don't seem to be getting any result from is my chest. I have tried loads of different exercises, but i want to ask the more experienced ppl what would you rate as the best chest exercises????

ioioio,

You seem pretty interested in fitness, and judging from your posts you seem like a sponge sucking up knowledge. I am going to ask you one thing and please do not take this the wrong way. Please stop posting repeated questions in different threads and in different formats. It is really getting annoying.

Okay, there is no longer value in any of these posts. You all need to refrain from making worthless posts.

Thank you.

yeah dude, listen to this guys... have some respect for other members, too... also, if you actually use a search engine like google and do some sort of research before you post away, you'll not only find your answers a lot quicker, but i'm sure you'll also get your questions answered much more thoroughly...
