I have a question when it comes toeating 5-6 meals a day. You say small portions, well what exactly is a small portion?

The best way to figure that out is to first come up with how many calories you are going to consume per day. Then, you divide that by 5 or 6. Since my diet basically revolves around my daily protein consumption, I try to consume an equal amount of protein with each meal. Carbs and fats are then easy to figure out.
