Hi i found this website on a search engine and figured i'd give it a try. A few weeks ago i was grocery shopping and something inside me just kept saying "Buy healthy foods" So i bought some stuff like banana's, turkey, oatmeal, tuna, and grain breads. I'm also trying to limit my calorie intake to around 2000-2300 a day.

But i'm a little confused how to read the workout section.
What does it mean by set #? And is repetitions the number of times i am to do the exercise??? This seems like a dumb question but i really am not figuring this out in my head. Hope things work out for me!

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

For more healthy foods check out 'Bodybuilders Grocer List" posted by bb1 fit in the diet and nutrition thread. Excellent resource. Better health begins with a proper diet! Good Luck

Rest in between sets depend on the individual and can be anywhere between 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
