Hi everyone! I'm new to FT; just signed on today and already have my workout planned and ready to start on Monday. I've been working out following the BFL method for 3+ years now. Well, I started experiencing "burnout" about 4 or 5 months ago and have REALLY slid down hill. Ready to get back and get serious. I have my 20th year reunion coming up this summer and need to get back my fitness physique. Some of my previous classmates have already seen me looking "fit", so I can't show up looking dumpy. I also enjoy running and have several 5K's coming up and also a relay marathon. Getting excited! Would love to chat with others and could use some motivation to get out of my "burnout" mode. Hoping a new workout plan will be just what the doctor ordered!
