I'm new here...I'm 14 (15 this sunday)and I'm doing home training...I just want to ask what # do I need to put my daily workout when I'm doing push ups? do I put in my weight? Also, I'm kind of confuse about reps and sets? whats the difference...

sry if I ask too much questions...I'm kind of new to all these types of things...

A rep is like 1 push up.

A set is like 10 or 12 or 20 pushups.

Enter "0" for the weight for push ups.

No , a certain number of reps completes a set. You do a set of 10 push ups. In one set there may be 10, 15, 20 or however many reps. Make sense??
