Ok, does anyone have any ideas on how to lose stomach fat? I get so discouraged because I'll be doing well on working out regularly, and most other areas start seeing the benefits, but I just can never get rid of this spare tire!
How long have you been working out? GIVE IT TIME! This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix...hang in there and check your diet for unnecessary calories. Remember, you can not spot-reduce fat so it takes a reduction in calories(not drastic but a gradual reduction) to see results in fat-loss.
