I'm trying it right now for a week so far. Haven't noticed much yet but I have heard lots of good things so I'm hoping by the end of next week...

Also, everything I've read seems to indicate that you should actually take double the "recommended" dosage on the bottle. Even the manufacturer (ergopharm) says on their web FAQ to do that. That ain't good since the stuff is so expensive, but apparently it is worth it.

I have been taking it (1ad) weeks now twice a day. I have been training 4 times a week, fairly heavy and i have put on 10lbs in this time. However i have been eating 5 times a day as well, so i am not 100% if it is the 1-ad or the general training/nutrition.

sorry guys, typo there; that is 5 weeks i have been taking it. Also what i have noticed is that i have been going up the weights easily each session also i have not been having muscle soreness that much. I guess people will say that i'm not trying hard enough, but i am putting 100% into it!
