I have calc my calories, Fat, carbs, and protein and compared it with the nutrition program for Muscle Mass
Actual Need
Fat: 74 92
Carbs: 229 413
Prot 112 248
Calories: 1510 3300
Im an 18 yr old male how do i achieve this much it seems like alot to eat in a day

It does seem like a lot at first, but remember, this diet takes into account heavy excercising. Also - try eating 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals - this will help your metabolism and help you with your intake. Oh... one last thing, make sure you are eating foods with high nutrition value and not just everything under the sun. I could hit the 3300 cal mark on M&M's alone, but they would provideme no additional value. There are tons of threads about this, I would encourage you to look at them for more detials.

cbernat, email me and I will send you an example 3000 calorie diet. It really is not hard to do. You just have to be prepared to eat every 3-4 hours.
