Hey Guys,
i've been doin some research on creatine use....everyone has their own personal opinion on weather its good for you or not...i know its a cell volumizing but does it really shrink your size when u stop takin it ???
anyways, let me know what u guys think about the whole idea of the product itself and using it...

I've gained about a half inch since using it and working out w/ taking zma and whey. I recently went off of it because I broke out. (now my face is clear *weird*). It works and works well when properly taken. Id recommend it if you dont have any bad side effects. I've never heard of it shrinking mine havent atleast. What it does though is induce water into the muscles which makes it bigger and better looking. Also dont take it and not train you will just gain weight.
