I am on my 11th week of the 12 week abs program. I have been getting the same three excercises for the last 4 weeks and scheduled for next week as well. (twist crunch, vertical bench crunch, lying side leg raises). Is this an error in the system?

I have seen a few glitches in the program too. You are probably far enough along to just substitute, drop and add exercises. When the program starts over with a fresh 12 weeks, it hasn't been enough to suit me so I usually add stuff anyway. Just keep filling in the numbers because the program will get more difficult as you progress. Hope this helps.
