A lot of you guys have been saying how useless No2 is. I took it about a year ago and had great results. Now that I think about it though, I don't remember exactly how much muscle or strength I gained. So, in the name of science, I've decided to give it another go around to see what happens (and see if it really worked as well as I remember). This time I am going to record all my results. I'm starting it in one week and as of today here are my stats:

Weight: 173 lbs.
Body Fat: 21%
Arms: 15 1/8"
Chest: 39 1/4"
Waist: 32"
Thighs: 24 1/4"

I'll also be taking a multi-vitamin, taking whey protien twice a day (morning and post workout), eating clean 5 meals a day, and I'll be drinking plenty of water. I'm going to stick with this for 16 weeks. I'll keep you guys posted on my results (about once a week). I know you guys have your doubts (I do too, a little) but let's see if No2 is all it's hyped up to be, once and for all.

Sounds like you really dont need to be taking anything. But good luck - Mike

I'm on board with this too. I start on the 16th for 12 weeks. I too am planning on taking NO2. I'm also taking Testostrogain, a multi, protein & glutamine. I'll be eating super clean (x5). Try to do my best with the water. I too have my doubts after reading all these posts, but since I had already purchased... I'll post my measurements after weigh-in on the 15th, and as with buffguy, keep you posted here.

jcannuck, cool. I'm interested in what happens. If I remember correctly, water intake was key to my growth last time around. Good luck and keep hydrated.

Although it didin't call for it, since Monday I've been taking a "loading phase" (1/2 dosage) in preperation for the beginning of our next competition on the 16th. While it could be psychological, I think there has been a difference this week. Measurements are tomorrow morning and then we're off for 12 weeks!

Those results that you got may be just from the hard work and exercise you put in.

Granted jdelts, you have a point. It will be very hard to tell even at the end, and even by comparing measurements. The only "kicker" is that this past week I have mostly taken off, again, in preperation for the next 12. I am the first to realize however, that the break in itself could have resulted in more of a pump. I should clarify that even though I was on a break, I trained 3X, light weight high reps, as aopposed to the usual 6X, higher weight, lower reps.

I start my first dose tomorrow the 15th and hit the weights hard starting Monday. I'm excited to see what kind of results jcannuck and I are going to experience. I'll keep you guys posted with measurements every Monday from here on out. Good luck jcannuck.

Well, after my first week, I feel good. My pump seems to last a little longer (although certainly not all day), and my endurance is improved. My numbers went up a little, but they are so close, it could just be due to human error with my measurements. But, if they continue to improve, even at this rate I'll be pretty happy. We will see.

Weight: 174 lbs. (+1)
Body Fat: 20% (-1)
Arms: 15 1/4" (+1/8)
Chest: 40" (+3/4)
Waist: 32" (~)
Thighs: 24 1/4" (~)

How are you doing jcannuck? Getting bigger? Drinking your water? Well guys, until next week. Have a good one.

I feel good as well, good and sore, in a good way. Hit quite a few personal bests and had some big jumps in weight. I have to say, I'm not really noticing the "perpetual pump". Like abg, my measurements could be due to human error, but the same person has done it both times (my wife), and both times they were taken several hours after the work out. Anyway, here they are;

Weight: 183.4 (+1)
Body Fat: 10.4 (+.5)
Chest: 39 1/2 (N/C)
Bi-cep: 14 1/2 (+2/5)
Shoulders: 48 1/4 (+3/4)
Calf: 17 (N/C)
Quad: 23 1/2 (N/C)

ABG - doing really well with the water! I have a 32oz jug, fill it and drink it twice a day! Hang in there, see you next week!:dumbbell:

I've been taking it steady (L-Arganine, I think Nature's Bounty Brand sold at Wal-Mart...not sure the brand name) and I do indeed get the pump. Veins sticking out like mole tunnels in a grassless yard.

As for strength, I just don't feel it yet. I'm going to give it two more months to do something, then if it doesn't, out she goes :)

L-Arginine is known for its ability to incease the "pump". The doseage is rather high, but it works. I have used it for many years, mainly as a stack though.

This is the reason V12 by San works so well, gives an extrodinary pump. Its key ingredient is NitroArginine(Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate).

Measurements week 2

Weight 180.8 (-2.6)
Body Fat: 10.2 (-.2)
Chest: 40 (+.5)
Bi-cep: 13.6 (-.9)
Shoulders: 48.25 (NC)
Calf: 17 (NC)
Quad: 23.5 (NC)

Not seeing much improvement, have even seen some losses. At this point, considering finishing bottle to give it a fair chance, but not refiling. ABG, how are you doing?

Week Two:

Weight: 175 lbs. (+2)
Body Fat: 18.5% (-2.5)
Arms: 15 1/2" (+3/8)
Chest: 40 1/4" (+1)
Waist: 32" (~)
Thighs: 24 1/2" (+1/4)

I'm not seeing much improvement, but almost everything has improved if not only a little. But if I'm going to continue growing almost 1/2 inch to my arms and one inch to my chest every two weeks, bring it on! We will see what happens. Like I said, I'm going to stick with it for 16 weeks, results or not. Here's hoping for results.
