Ok.....here goes....I am trying to eat more protein and cut back on the carbs and eat a little something every few hours. I have been doing cardio in the morning and weight training with light cardio afterwards in the evening. I still dont feel like I am eating enough because my energy level is low......I had to drag myself out of bed this morning for work so needless to say this morning there was no cardio. I am trying to lose weight and tone so I know I have to cut back my calorie intake to an extent but here is my questions....I have been drinking Isopure protein (chocolate) but I cant put the required 2 scoops in there because it really makes my stomach crazy so I just add one scoop with skim milk and that is what I drink after my morning workout and then I may have another one after dinner if I am still hungry. I bought some yougurt today to maybe add a little too to give it a better taste but I also know that I have to be careful of the crabs becuase it has alot of sugar so what if I just add 1/4 of yougurt to the skim milk with my protein for a better taste is that ok or is it too many calories. I feel like I am always hungry....how many shakes should I be drinking if I am trying to lose weight. I eat a piece of meat for lunch with some carbs (from salad or veggies and everyonce in a while I crack and have Mac n cheese) dinner is a small salad and a piece of meat and then maybe a shake after......am I on the right track or do I need some serious help with my eating. My appetite has INCREASED so much since working out 2 times a day but if I am not getting enough food I need to figure out what to eat so it will benefit me and not add to my weight.....I know that I have asked this so many times but I am really frustrated because I dont have any energy and I am always tired......some one please help me!!!!!!
