One in while I have a cup of sherbert or (Low Fat or Non-Fat) Yougurt, does this count as a meal to have 6 meals a day, and will help you lose weight, or should I eliminate them from my diet. Please Help!
Everything you consume should be recorded in your daily caloric count, whether or not you consider it a meal. Not sure what your diet is and what your goals are, but just consider the fat/protein/carb content of yogurt into your daily total.
