Hi, I'm 13 and I'm 5'8 and way around 160. I have what you called man-boobs and I wanna get rid of em! Also I do have a little flab on my stomache. As I said I'm 13 and can't really purchase anything...I would appreciate any help I can get.

Weclome to FT!

The first step in this instance is diet. You can't spot reduce so watch what you eat. Fill in your profile and watch the nutritional program FT has for you.

Exercise is key as well... cardio is a must. Start with walking and increase the intensity. High Intesity Interval Training or HITT is a good way to go. Numerous posts about it on this site... just do a search. Basically it's keep a steady pace for a bit, then go hard for 30 seconds to two minutes.

And thirdly, ask questions... there are no dumb questions. Ask them all here and you will be helped!

Again, welcome to FT!

Welcome to Ft!!! Yes Timday is exactly right. You can't spot reduce fat, you should eat right and train hard!!! Stay motivated, if your fat lose doesn't come quickly don't quit!!! Finally good luck!!!

Thanks, I was just wondering if there was a specific way I could lose weight. Like what do you mean exactly by watch what I eat? and by training should I do like regular exercises? Thanks a lot for you answers and for the welcome.

Fill out the Ft stuff and look the "at home" workout. They offer one that needs no weights or machines. Be regular and stick to it. At your age it will be easy to make good progress. Look in the nutrition message board and find the post "Grocery list for Body Builders. " Try to eat those kinds of food.

Hope this helps. Good luck
