Carb and Protein suggestions ?

I just joined and got my ft diet... It suggests 525 grams of carbs and 188 grams of protein. any suggestions on how to reach that goal daily.

protein shakes... that's what most people will tell you, anyways... i personally don't take them, but taht's because i can't afford such luxury... but still, i manage to take in my 155g of protein by just eating my meals... just do some major research on the food database they have here on FT, and you should find out what you need in case protein shakes are out of the question... good luck
