As a rule, is there any quality difference between using a protein drink (such as ABB's Pure Pro or Blue Thunder) or a protein shake (made from powder) for your protein intake? I think the bottled drinks taste better (imho) and I have tried the Pure Pro line - which has 40 grams of Whey isolate - as a post-workout protein source. Are the drinks more, less, the same effective as a shake? I only wonder because I don't see many of the drinks out there for sale, while protein powder is everywhere. Thanks...
