Hey all,
My name is Jason, and just wanted to drop in and say hi. I am just starting to workout once again after a long period of slacking if you will. I have recently injured my ankle which has ended my volleyball season so am looking to kick my program into gear and prepare myself for the upcoming season (hoping to be 100%). Any help that any of you can give (Excerises for ankle that worked for you, shoulder as well) would be greatly appreciative.

When I injured my ankle playing soccer, my trainer told me to do calf raises. Shoulders...did you injure your shoulder too? If not, look up the specific excercises on FT, there are tons of good excercises to choose from.
Welcome to FT!

Actually I am kind of a walking injury, I blew out my knee about 4 years ago which started the nasty cycle, and over the summer last year went camping when I woke up my shoulder was experiencing severe pains (Finally have my ortho appointment next Tuesday), few weeks ago I rolled my ankle playing volleyball ending my season (Don't know the grade of sprain or tear as the doctor in the emergency was a quack, will ask the ortho specialist at same time).
