Hi this is Tyronne. I like to thank you guys for the info on the reps and the Hydroxycut. Also is it a good idea to take a protein supplement while doing weights. What about creatine? I hope to increase my muscle mass and look bigger. My current body structure is like medium built. I am looking forward for some advise. Thanks Again.

Protein is always good. You need a whey protien immediatly post workout. You can eat the rest. Lean meats fish cottage cheese are good prorein sources. Creatine and other supplements aren't necessary until you get up near your max capacity. Save your money. They may help later but they won't do much early on.

word... i get 100% of my daily 155g of protein simply by eating my meals... i do take protein bars post workouts, but that's because i like the taste of it better than tuna (although i LOVE tuna)... of course, i'm not speaking against the use of supplements... i just don't use them because i'm poor (and get by without them, even though i could go further with them)...
