wider shoulders and back

what are some good ones for wider shoulders and/or back. I have naturally wide hips (36) and my hipbone is right there with some nasty veins soooo unless there is a new shave your hips down thing that I don't know about, I would like to make upper body wider =0

Wide grip pulldowns, chinups will widen your back. I dont know about widening the shoulders.

Keep doing them, they will go up. Do you go to a gym or workout at home? Most gyms have those chin up machines that adjust the weight that you use.

gym =0) when I do them should I have my hands facing me, or facing away

I like to do them facing away. When you do them facing you I believe you are using more of your bicep. You can also use a neutral grip.

anything that works your deltoids(front, side or rear) will help the shoulders to stick out more, and apear wider. For the back i here the trick is to constanly stretch it( lats) this is what arnold did and said it helped his back broaden more coarse he was one every hormon known at the time
