Hey once again it is I, Eli...
welp ive been doing a bit better at eating healthily, but i still don't think im quite there...and since im really dedicated, i was wondering if some of you would post your diets (with total calorie count included at the end) just so i can get a general idea of what The lifestyle/eating style of a body builder is like. Maybe that way i can get my head on straight...ive taken a peek at the body builders grocery list, and im going this weekend to try and find some of it, but i was just wonder what is y'alls typical day...

Well, I'm no 'body builder' and I am interested to see some diets as well. I'll give you my student budget diet.
8:00 - High fiber cereal or oatmeal, piece of fruit, and some peanut butter.
10:00 - 6oz chicken breast.
12:30 - Protein bar.
2:30 - Can of beans.
4:30 - Can of Tuna and fruit.
6:00 - Dinner - fish, chicken, or steak and lots of veggies (e.g. - zuchinni, brocolli, bell peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, onion, etc.)
8:00 - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
I also have a protein shake after my work out and eat a couple extra fruits or have some pasta/rice on soccer days. I usually snack on cheese or peanut butter. My calorie intake is about 3000.
