Now that i have my exercise program for week 1 my question is how many reps do i do? and like day 1 do i do all the machines that deal with legs or what im clueless.

Not quite sure I understand the second part of your question, but for the first part, try to do as many reps as indicated on the work out sheet... if you can do more, great, or maybe try adding some weight to make it more challenging.... it depends what you are after... some people do heavy weight, low reps and other do low weight and high reps...

I think that for day 1 you want to do as many of the exercises and as many of the sets on the sheet as you can.
It is that way for each day that you are scheduled to work out.
