Be concerned with both, there has to be a way to make it work.
Tuna, we eat it right out of the can or pouch here.
Large containers of meal replacements based on whey protein, cheap when broken down by price per serving, most mix with just water.
can you purchase hard boiled eggs any where?
lowfat cheese
whole grain bread
cottage cheese
apples
pre-cooked chicken and turkey breast meat
Do you know anyone with a kitchen you could use? maybe you could prep food at someone else's house once or twice a week and keep it in your fridge. Then you could have chicken breasts, veggies, many items.
