Hi all, i train 6 days per week and recently started doing weight watchers. I have lost 7.5lbs in 3 weeks but tonite is valentines and my hubby is cooking me dinner, i know he will make it healthy but i still feel guilty as i know with a couple glasses of wine i will go over my points even though i have done body combat and pump today. Does anyone else feel like this. I was anorexic for 2ys when i was 18 and i get scared by these feelings

Don't feel bad one tiny bit. You have come in 7.5 lbs leaner and probly looking and feeling great.
There is nothing wrong with a cheat meal now and then. After all, we desrerve to reward ourselfs, don't we?
