Hi I just join and would like any info on cardiovascular and progessive strength training thats out there along the lines of how too combine two sessions a day and the max possible a week.

Hi Christy welcome to ft . Check out a recent thread in General Fitness Issues BB1fit gave a good response with regards to cardio and strength training.Also do a search for other info on cardio esp HIIT.
