Just joined this afternoon, and got my updated workout. I'm wondering if anyone is doing the weight loss/lean muscle routine. I'm doing the 5 day split at an intermediate level and I wanted to know how many minutes/hours a day it usually took. I try to wake up early (around 4:45) to go to the gym before I head off to work so that I can get my workout "out of the way" so I don't have to worry about it the rest of the day. With that said, my previous workouts (including 5-10 minute warm up on the treadmill) usually took me only about 45minutes to an hour. It gave me enough time to go home, eat breakfast, take a shower, and fight rush hour traffic so that I could be at work by 8:30. After reviewing my new workout plan, there seems to be less excercises, but more sets and repititions. Does anyone have a estimate on how long my workout should take? Thanks for the input!!
