hers a few excercises I have tried and let me sore for a few days, I like to expierement in the weight room and see if I can come up with the weirdest excercise's that work good , that makes people look and say what the hell? Cause so many people all they do are the basics, bench press, flys, ez curls, rope press downs etc. So give these a try, I know you'll like them, but be for warmed these aren't for the faint at heart!

*skull crushers with dumbells( shows you which arms is realy dominate)
*behind the neck cable extensions: get a chair and sit in front of a low cable attachment, get the one that either straight or ez curl bar looking one, sit down with your back facing it, put your elbows toward the ceiling, and extend as if you was doing it with free weights.
* low cable kick backs: just like kick backs except on a low cable attachment
*cable hammer curls: go slow on the decent( ouch)
* hercules hammer curls: double biceps in the 2 towers, except point your thumbs to your biceps. Like hammer curls.

* ABC's get very very lightdumbells hold them at 12 o'clock( in front of you). Start the excercise at 11 o'clock. With the 2 dumbells extended write the letter A in the air, move to 12o'clock do B, then C at 1 o'clock, then at 1 o'closk do D, then at 12 do E, and at 11 do F. GEt the picture, do the whole alphabet. If your really good write them in cursive lol.
* standing leg curls: hmmmm how in the world? Go to the let extension machine, put somthing in front of it to stand on, put the part the goes on your shins on your calves, your lower quads should be on the pad, hold on to somthing, and pull your leg up to your butt. (big ouchy)
