I'm trying to shed a few pounds and i after the meals sometimes i just need something good tasting and full of flavor. And at my college we have a either no-fat or low-fat frozen togurt machine. and i was curious if it would be alright for me to have a little after a meal. basically, would it be bad for me after i just ate a healthy low fat meal?

Check the sugar content. Sugar is what will kill you. I am not sure when frozen yogurt became a "diet food".

What about sugar free pudding? Have you looked at that? Just curious.

As a cheat now and then, Say maybe once a week, I don't think it would be BAD for you. But don't make it a daily thing. Frozen Yogurt is better for you than say Ice Cream, but as bb1fit said, it has Alot of Sugar.
