I know when you say the Bahamas they think Club Med..........Paradise.....ok now that you have had a min and thought that..........let me introduce you to Andros Island......No cell Phones no walmart no stores......Oh 1 store that is open here from 11am-1pm and 3:30pm-6:30pm....and pray to god that they have what you need. We have ran out of toliet paper before so I always stock pile on that item now. This is a island that time forgot about.....there are 3 lounges/bars here so if I want to some social interaction with people I go there. It isnt bad there are worse places I could be living it just takes some getting use to....we maybe the only place on earth still using a dial up connection.....

Reminds me of Diego Garcia in the early 80's. I still use dial up at home. Is that a bad thing?

lol No it isnt but is hard to come from a cable connevtion to a dial up! I am learning that I can live without alot of life's luxuries here.....which isnt a bad thing for me although I do miss wal-mart.
