I am a 21 year old mother of one. I am 5feet tall and 175 pounds. I want to lose 60 pounds. I hope to lose 30-40 by summer. I bought a bowflex which is pretty good. I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks but then I stopped using it and gained 4 back. I am looking for someone to help keep me motivated. If you are interested in helping me out Please e-mail me here or at wickedangel1@hotmail.com.

If your goal is to loose weight, you should incorporate more cardio into your workout, minimum 30min, 5days a week in addition to your bowflex workout which is strength building. Try to do your cardio every day and if you miss one day don't get discouraged and do your work out the next day. And don't forget to eat well-portioned balanced meal. Don't go without eating more than 4 hours. Good luck. :)

If your machine has the rowing option you should try that for your cardio or follow one of the circuit routines that came with your owners manual. The best of both worlds! Don't forget the importance of a sound diet for maximum results. Check out bodybuilders grocery list posted by bb1 fit in the diet forum. Excellent info. Good Luck
