I came across his book the other day in Chapters. Its called "8 minutes in the Morning" has anybody ever heard of this guy? He has this program where you do 8 minutes of resistance training and GUARANTEES 2lb weight loss/ week. This program just has me a bit curious............
Think about it......He is guarantees results....know you of any program that does that? AND...reallys works? No, there is no guarantees in this just hard work. By the way...If I told you that by standing in a corner on one foot for 20 minutes a day that you would loose weight and gave a guarantee would you buy it?
