can someone explain to me why I cannot figure out how to use the nutritional tracker thing? it says to put in the foods you eat, but where? I don't understand it at all and I have been going over it.....anyone willing to help and explain......thanks....im new at this....
i have clicked the date...but then it gives me the option of fat or protien or one other thing to add as a meal...but that confuses me...i dont know how to calculate all i ate in a meal into that stuff.......CONFUSED
click on add a meal, add food item and so on. keep going till you reach a screen where you can do search for what you ate that day. Once you have your usual things picked out, next time you won't have to do the whole search again. Just choose from your list.
