Ok. I'm on my 6th week of my 8 week program and I wish to continue to work out with the assitance of freetrainers.com. What do I do next? My program in the beginning was just a beginners program with free weights. Unfortuantely, I do not have access to a gym and will have to continue to use the free weights.
Will I be considered an intermediate now? What do I do next? Any help is appreciated.

How did you do with the beginner program? Was it challenging to you or do you think you can do a little more? If it seems like it may be easy, try stepping up to the intermediate - you can always go back if you find it a little difficult. Good luck :)

In some respects, the beginner program was easy... however, does it mean that maybe I need to make the weights even heavier? How is the intermediate program different that the beginner program?

I think there just may be a few more exercises per body part in the intermediate program. As to using heavier weights - do you find that you are easily completing (for example) 10 reps at the weight you are using? Perhaps try and aim to work/burn for the last 2-3 reps of each set and adjust weight accordingly. If you are using for example, 10lbs for concentration curls and you are easily completing the rep of 10, by all means increase the weight to 12, or even 15 etc,to get that burn. Try to always challenge yourself and you will achieve the best results. Hope this helps.
