i am in the navy, so we run alot, about 20 mile a week, and we can lift weights when we want, the cardio days are mon-thurs. i lift weights in the after noons and we run in the mornings, i lift also mon. - thurs. is that a good program you think? it has really helped me i am a defined 205 with 17 inch arms (flexed) and 48 inch chest, my legs are quite small though, i work them out once a week just like everything eles, they are even on there seperate day, why do they not grow? shouldn't the cardio help to?
