I remember the towel workout when we were in High school. A test of strength, 2 guys would hold a towel over another guys eyes while lying on the floor, and for a test of strength, the guy with the towel being held over his eyes would try with all his might to push with his head only against the towel guys to make them break their grip. Well, unbeknowest to the guy showing his strength, a 3rd guy would pull down his pants and have his glutes about 3 inches from the guys face. As he pushed with all his might, the other 2 would let the towel go....

Pimple, I weigh far too much to perform anything resembling headspins. It would quickly end up being tail spins since I would end up falling on my ass.

LOL....... that is sad. Funny, but sad :surprised:

Jonathan, do you mean using towels for like static excercises? If so, they do have their benefits, as well as a particular place in your regimen. Let me know...

jplatz: you'd be surprised to see the big fellows dance... not only taht, but you'd look quite fresh if you actually landed a butt spin from a head spin... lol... BREAT IT DOWN!

LOL! The only thing breaking would be my butt from landing too hard. lmao! I'm sure the big fellows who dance have talent too. It would not be pretty if I tried it. lol!!!
