When I started this program and I did my wussy (girly) push-ups, I couldn't even do 15 without it giving me a lot of soreness in my chest the next day. So, I had to back off and start with 10 or 12 and then work my way up. ANYWAY, last night for my final set I did 10 MANLY PUSH-UPS (feet on the floor, not knees)!! YAY!!
EVERYONE DROP AND GIVE ME 10!

Congrats... but I'm not gonna drop and give you ten... worked the chest the other night... hahaha...
I haven't done push ups in ages... gave 'em a whirl the other night after my chest work out and noticed they seemed to be done with more ease... I love this fitness thing!
