I'm a 18 year old college kid. I lift about 5 times a week, i used to play sports in HS but now I'm just a gym rat. I joined this site b/c of all of the helpful exercises and demonstrations. Why did everyone else join? I'm 6'5" 205, I have a small chest and long arms. My goal is to bench 250Lbs. What is everyone else's goals?

Welcome to FT! I joined this site many years ago to take advantage of the free exercise routines. My goal now is to stay injury-free from competitive tennis and to add additional lean muscle mass along the way...:dumbbell:

I joined for the motivation and the tools.. I love that whatever question I have I can search through and find a useful answer to it, and the demonstrations/descriptions of the exercises are great!

My goal is to maintain my current weight, maybe adjust a little with muscle mass... and remain healthy!
