hey im not fat but have a little tummy i can not get rid of.I was thing of taking a fat burner....do you guys think its a good idea..and if so what kinds do u reccommend?

first, wheres your diet? i say diet for a while first even before you begin to consider one. as everyone seems to say on this site "abs are built in the kitchen". eat right, do cardio and lift and if after a while you dont see any results, then look into one.

My diet is good....morning oatmeal...egg whites,..oj...lunch turkey burgers....dinner....tuna,chicken..etc..its good diet
