Well, as the title says, I did 110 lb. dumbbell benches this morning! First time ever. I only did 2 reps the first set, but that was after all my other sets...and I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke, so I did them again and did 3!! I have been doing 100's for a while, and thinking I could maybe go up, but we don't have 105's, so I thought 110's would be too much. But, voila', I did them! No looking back now!!!:dumbbell::)-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Awww, shucks guys, you shouldn't have!! Seriously, it did feel cool! That is one reason alone to do this stuff to me, just that little thrill of surpassing a goal, it is pretty incredible. Though it lasts for a short time, it sure feels cool. I still remember the first time I benched 300 lbs. It was an awesome day, you would have thought I just won the super bowl or something! I can remember every move I made that entire day. It is kind of stuck in time for me.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Hey, guess what? Did them again last Friday, and for 2 sets of 4 each instead of just 2!! Plus 100's were easy now. Pretty cool, I do so love chest day! Set a new record for inclines Friday also, did 85's, and finally did the whole stack (290) on the seated bench for 2 sets of 3 each! Our dumbbells only go up to 120, so I am aiming for the end of the rack now!:dumbbell::dumbbell::dumbbell::dumbbell:-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |
