hah gluteal stretch. idk why thats funny. I love stretching. When doing standing hamstring stretches, I can put my palms on the ground behind on the back side of my legs (near heels). It's soo helpful too! I never tear any muscles :big_smile:!! One last thing - check out the articles that I wrote (below) on exercises without weights and rate it up if you like it!!
