HI I'M NEW TO THIS SITE. I'M WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME IS USING WHEY PROTEIN AND GLUTAMINE WORTH IT?I JUST STARTED WORKING OUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND SOMEONE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME.

Simple answer, yes they both are. Protein number one, glutamine is one of those supplements you can never take too much of. Even though it is a non essential amino acid, it should be. Glutamine has displayed its muscle-sparing effects by protein synthesis and decreased protein degradation over and over again.:surprised:

Glutamine works! its a very good suppliment, however, i'll have to go up against you, bb1, and say that too much of anything is never good. Moderation is the key!
