so yesterday, for football, our coach says to us, "you only have two lifts to do today!" we ended up having to do two drop sets of squat and closegrip bench. On squat, we had to start with a weight we could do around ten times.To make it easy i chose to use 405, did 12, then we werent allowed to rack the weight when they were taking it off, so i had to burn out at 315, then 225, then he said we couldnt quit until we got at least 20 at 135. I thought i was gonna die. I collpsed as soon as i was done and laid on the floor for like a minute and a half. Then in five minutes , I had to do it again!..then with close grip bench...well, anyway...I am feelin it today, holy cow that was crazy!

haha, thats awesome. i love that feeling though when you cant do anymore and that muscle is just spent.
